    Master Sergeant Isaac enlisted into the Marine Corps in March 2003 from Jamaica Queens, NY. Upon graduation from Parris Island in July of 2003, he attended the Basic Electrician Course at Engineer School located at Courthouse Bay, Camp Lejeune, NC.  He graduated as the Honor Graduate and was meritoriously promoted to the rank of Lance Corporal September 2003.  He was then assigned to 1st Medical Battalion, 1st Marine Logistic Group.  In February 2004, Master Sergeant Isaac deployed to Al Taqaddum, Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.  Master Sergeant Isaac was responsible for the power supplied to the Surgical Shock Trauma Platoon as the only electrician and also served in as an ambulance driver, and mass casualty lead; subsequently due to life saving actions in Iraq, he was awarded a Navy and Marine Corp Achievement Medal and Combat Meritoriously promoted to the rank of Corporal March 2005.

    In July 2005 Master Sergeant Isaac received orders to Marine Corps Embassy Security group where he served as a Marine Security Guard, Assistant Instructor, and the Staff Noncommissioned Officer in Charge(SNCOIC) of the Recruiting Advertising and Screening Team.  He was assigned to the American Embassy in Vienna, Austria where he served as the Training NCO and promoted to the rank of Sergeant January 2006.  He was then assigned to the American Embassy in Lima, Peru where he served as the Assistant Detachment Commander before returning to the school house and being meritoriously promoted to the rank of Staff Sergeant January 2008.

    In March 2009 Master Sergeant Isaac made a lateral move to his current MOS of 4133, Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) Marine.  In October 2009 he reported to Combat Logistics Regiment 15, where he served as the Marine Mart Manager before deploying to Camp Dwyer, Afghanistan in February 2010 as the Warfighter Express Service Team SNCOIC.  Upon return, he was assigned as the Officers’ Club Manager and promoted to the rank of Gunnery Sergeant in April 2011.

    In October 2013 he was then assigned to Combat Logistic Regiment 27 where he served as a Retail Operations Manager.  In May 2015 Master Sergeant Isaac was selected to deploy with the Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force – Southern Command (SPMAGTF-SC) 15.1 as the MCCS SNCOIC. He deployed to Soto Cano Air Base in Honduras, and conducted operations in Guatemala, Belize, El Salvador, and Honduras.

    In May 2016 Master Sergeant Isaac reported to Marine Barracks Washington 8th & I as the MCCS SNCOIC.  While assigned to H&S Company, he also served as Headquarters and Services Company Gunnery Sergeant and the Grounds Combat Element Chief. As a member of the marching staff, he also marched during the evening parades as the Senior Swordsman.

    In July 2019 Master Sergeant Isaac reported to H&S Battalion, Henderson Hall where he currently serves as the MCCS Deputy Director and MCCS SNCOIC.  He also maintains the following collateral duties: Battalion Equal Opportunity Representative, Battalion Martial Arts Instructor Trainer, and Battalion Force Fitness Instructor.
